Culture Change Works has supported Goldsmiths through a wide-ranging change programme, building our internal communications framework and a foundation for the launch of our new strategy. Their knowledge and experience of Higher Education means they were able to build a quick understanding of the College and hit the ground running.
Hannah and Holly listened to the needs of the senior team as well as staff on the ground. They provided additional capacity to support us at a time when we needed it most.
