Creative Crawley

We worked with Creative Crawley to develop a clear, practical communications approach that supports both impact and sustainability. 

In parallel with their programme delivery, we are helped Creative Crawley shape a communications strategy grounded in simplicity, impact-led thinking and pragmatism. As an organisation made up largely of funded projects, they need an approach that is flexible enough to adapt to different audiences and project scales, while still feeling coherent and confident. 

Our work supported the team to clarify their core messages, streamline how they communicate, and make consistent decisions about what to prioritise. This resulted in a strategic framework that helps the organisation communicate with purpose - without adding unnecessary complexity or workload. 

Our contract was extended to support a period of team transition and to develop stronger impact storytelling for funders. This work focuses on helping Creative Crawley clearly articulate the value of their work, connect activity to outcomes, and tell convincing, evidence-informed stories that support future investment.
