Our Sprints are fixed-price packages designed for small organisations who are already doing more than they can easily explain. Concentrated, purposeful engagements with clear outputs, at a price that doesn't require a lengthy approval chain. 

01 — Strategy

The work is there, the impact is real, but finding the time, distance and headspace to articulate it well is genuinely hard. Our communications strategy sprint changes that: a focused, collaborative process that leaves your team with a clear strategy and the practical tools to bring it to life.

What’s included?

  • A clear 1–3 year strategic framework covering your audiences, objectives, channels, tone of voice, and how communications connects to your wider mission.

  • Your core narrative and headline proposition, supported by key pillars and proof points, with tailored variants for your most important audiences.

  • Practical tools your team can pick up and use immediately — not reports that sit on a shelf.

02 — Impact Stories

A set of five case studies, built around the framework that matters most to your organisation - whether that's a theory of change or your strategic objectives. Written to work for funding applications, stakeholder communications, and public-facing channels - and structured so that together they tell a bigger story about your organisation's purpose and impact.

What’s included?

  • Each 400–600 words, written in a consistent format designed to be read standalone or as a set.

  • Each case study maps to your theory of change, evaluation outcomes, or strategic objectives — making impact legible to funders and partners.

  • A case study brief and writing template your team can use independently to commission or write future case studies.

The Process

  • A free 45-minute conversation to understand your context and whether the sprint is the right fit. For the Impact Story Sprint, we'll also talk through your existing evidence and outcomes framework at this stage so we can start mapping before the work begins.

  • For the Strategy Sprint, a focused half-day workshop with your team — auditing your current communications, mapping your audiences, and building shared language. For the Impact Story Sprint, a research phase: either reviewing materials you supply or conducting up to five remote interviews, depending on your tier.

  • We bring everything together into your final documents — Communications Strategy and Message House, or five impact stories mapped to your outcomes framework — with a walkthrough session and one round of amends included.

Fixed price means fixed scope. Before any Sprint begins, our Discovery Call is specifically designed to make sure the scope is the right fit for your organisation's needs - so there are no surprises on either side from the outset. If something changes once the work is underway, we'll flag it immediately and agree how to handle it together before anything affects the cost.
